Imagine dong something like that in St Ouen. Apart from breakng the education law by not sending your child to school, you would probably be facing theft accusations for removing dumped material, and of course breaking the planning laws putting up a tower like that. Health and safety would be all over you like a rash and the JEC would be round in flash to halt your unregulated electricity supply.

What passes for a local hero entrepreneur in Africa would be an backward thinking idiotic nuisance in Jersey.
